Masters gardens limited is looking for someone part or full time for the role of Garden maintenance and landscape operative.

Role will entail a mix of garden maintenance services. Using garden machinery and up keeping the gardens to a high standard throughout, soft & hardlandscaping small to large projects… Knowledge and understanding of plants, shrubs and flowers is key to the beautification of gardens…

Landscaping operative will entail all sorts of aspects of landscaping. Laying patios, laying turf, wood work, decking, sleepers and fencing.

Creating and maintaining gardening through out!

Someone with experience or who is keen in gardening and wants to learn.

I need someone who is reliable and works hard.

Good rate of pay based on willing to learn and experience.

Masters gardens will be opening up an eco gardening wildlife aspect this year. Encouraging many aspects of wildlife in to the gardens… focusing on planting for the bees and butterflies. Plus many other attributes.

This is a garden in Aston Clinton which started off as a bit of a mess. The back corner was full of overgrown tired shrubs, including a 3m x 3m pyracantha which was swallowing the garden. The lawn was uneven and very patchy.
So I recommended we got in a digger and cleared all scrub, roots, stumps and unwanted shrubs.
We then scraped off top layer of turf, brought in many tons of fine loamy soil and finely levelled.
The area was now ready for turfing. We agreed on a nice tear drop shaped lawn. Marked out the area and then laid a high quality George Davis turf. Compacting as we went, rolling at the end thoroughly and then watering.. Since last year the garden has been planted with high quality planting from Preston Bissett nursery and then maintained. I will post more pictures in next month of the garden recently. Coming into spring.

Here is a new garden maintenance job that we’ve

Here is a new garden maintenance job that we’ve started this year.
We gave it a thorough winter tidy it didn’t get at the end of last year.
We cleared all areas of leaves and debris, front and back. All shrubs that needed pruning were given a gentle winter trim. Then weeded the beds and give the lawns a gentle mow.

Coming into the spring season il be working on the tired mossy lawn, adding some colourful elegant planting to the beds and maintaining the garden throughout.

Here’s a few before pictures of a rural garden that Iv just started on last week. Through out the next months I will transform this garden and get it to its upmost beauty and full potential.
The garden was overgrown and needed attention after some neglect.
The initial step was to take control of the garden and get it manageable. From this, we will be transplanting overgrown and out of place shrubs to more suitable places within the garden.
We will then be transforming this garden into a beautiful English country garden with native plants that will flourish within their natural habitat, encouraging wildlife, and be abundant with colour and beauty.

Throughout this garden we will be working with nature and wildlife on all sorts of levels. Encouraging different aspects of ecosystems throughout.
